Kristina to Cole/Hudson Valley Wedding Photographer

I was really looking forward to Kristina & Cole's wedding. Halloween is my favorite holiday and their wedding was taking place in Sleepy Hollow. Yes, home to the headless horseman!! The drive through the town was so great with all the halloween decorations around.
It was a cold fall afternoon with some pretty heavy winds. That didn't stop Kristina & Cole at all. Love it when my couples brave the elements to get great shots. And great shots we got!! So much fun walking the grounds and capturing the 2 of them and their friends & family.
It was now time for the ceremony on top of the hill over looking the hudson valley. Kristina's dad married the 2 of them in a beautiful ceremony amongst the fall sky. This special day also happened to fall on their 12 year anniversary!! Pretty awesome!!
The party then headed inside the candle lit room with all the flowers & arrangements in fall colors. The days event were co-ordinated perfectly by Sarah at NY Engagements. She had the whole day running smoothly. Awesome day for an awesome couple.

Love finding these ring detail shots. So much fun!
This is Kristina opening a gift from Cole.
Kristina got ready in a great big room with some really amazing light coming in. She & all her friends were so much fun to photograph.
Love everyone's expression when Kristina was finally a bride. Such good times.
This was the staircase where they saw each other for the first time. Such a great thing when couples take an hour or so for photos just for themselves before all the craziness begins.
Kristina looked amazing!
The good thing about everything taking place in one location- taking advantage of time. Kristina was taking a little longer to get ready so we were able to spend some time with Cole & the guys and get all their shots done first. The sky was unbelievable that day!! (Yes the sky is real!!)
This shot rocks! Love that her vail is blowing in the wind.
This was the flower girl having some fun with her dress.
The 2 ring bearers.
It poured the night before. This puddle was actually in a tent.
It's got to be something special to marry your daughter and Kristina's dad looks so happy as do Kristina & Cole.
Some of the great details.
The toast were all pretty funny and as a special treat Grandma sang a song to Kristina & Cole.
And a kiss to end the day.
